The new campus, located at 16650 Sumpter Rd., Belleville, MI 48111, will be a community center with
34,000 sq. ft. of space and 20 acres of property. The building includes a full court gymnasium,
sanctuary, two kitchens, a dining hall, many offices and class rooms, and a work out room. There is
ample parking on the premises to accommodate approximately 200 vehicles. The gymnasium is set up
with a stage and can host a variety of events to generate additional income.

 

Planned types of revenue streams include the following:

- leasing of office space to outside organizations
- leasing of gym for athletic leagues
- rental of gym and dining hall for:

- business meetings
- organizational events
- weddings, receptions
- baby & wedding showers
- arts and craft shows
- private parties
- training events
- concerts
- other miscellaneous events

Planned types of outreach ministry for this campus include: (CIO - currently in operation)

-community events for children & teens - CIO
- seniors gatherings - CIO
- ongoing drug & rehab programs - CIO
- annual backpack & school supply give aways to needy families - CIO
- crises counseling center
- support group meetings and special events for the disabled
- In the Gap Ministry - donation drop off & distribution center for
  emergency situations - CIO
- Arts and vocation programs (dance, archery, public speaking, etc.) - CIO
- Recreational programs
- After school tutoring and education programs (long-term plan)


The new Lighthouse Church campus will focus on the spiritual, physical, mental, emotional and
financial needs of its members and the surrounding communities.
